Patricia Kalember Replaces Melora Hardin in Don’t Dress For Dinner
Patricia Kalember will assume the role of Jacqueline in the Roundabout Theatre Company’s forthcoming production of Marc Camoletti's sex farce Don’t Dress For Dinner. Kalember replaces Melora Hardin (Chicago, TV’s The Office), who is departing the production due to family issues. Don’t Dress For Dinner begins performances March 30 at Broadway’s American Airlines Theatre. Directed by John Tillinger, the limited engagement opens April 26 and is set to run through June 17.
Kalember previously played the role of Jacqueline in a Chicago production of Don’t Dress For Dinner. Her Broadway credits include The Nerd and Losing Louie. She has appeared on film and TV in Sisters, Signs,
Don’t Dress For Dinner is the story of a married couple, Jacqueline (Kalember) and Robert (Adam James), who have both planned separate romantic trysts with other lovers. When the whole bunch ends up in the same place at the same time, Don’t Dress For Dinner becomes a high-speed farce. In addition to Kalember and James, the production stars Jennifer Tilly, Ben Daniels, Spencer Kayden and David Aron Damane.
